How to Remove the A/C Accumulator on 2009 Jeep Wrangler?

You should start by loosening the negative battery cable before removing the A/C accumulator. After that, remove the refrigerant from the refrigerant system. After that, take off the grille so you can reach the parts. Following that, remove the bolt that holds the A/C accumulator to the right side A/C condenser. Remove the connection between the A/C accumulator and A/C condenser and throw away the O-rings that you find. After that, cover each opened accumulator fitting and condenser port with plugs or tape. When the A/C compressor fails, the A/C accumulator should be replaced; otherwise, serious harm may come to the newly installed compressor.
