It is important to raise the car to curb height in order to tighten the fasteners correctly during installation. Start the bolt that connects the sway bar link to the frame rail, but don't tighten it at this stage. After that, fit the lower bolt and nut to the sway bar and leave them loose. Afterward, fit the wheel assembly on the car making sure to tighten the nuts to a torque of 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.). When the vehicle is down, tighten the upper and lower bolts of the sway bar link to 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.).
