How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator on 2010 Dodge Caliber?

Before working on the blend door actuator, turn off the air bag system by taking out the negative battery cable, then let two minutes pass to discharge the air bag system capacitor and avoid accidental deployment. On right-hand drive cars, first remove the two push-pins and the silencer panel from the instrument panel on the passenger side and then take out the glove box bin. Following this, disconnect the wire harness connector from the blend door actuator that is on the left inside the housing. After clicking the actuator's two screws loose, gently lift the actuator out from the air housing.
