How to Install a Steering Column Cover for Lower on 2010 Dodge Caliber?

To install the lower steering column cover, push the tilt lever down and then place the lower shroud over it. Lock the column tilt upwards, lock the lower shroud to the column with a screw, then lock it downwards. Finally, install the upper shroud, making sure that they clip together, and fix in two screws.
