  A: Before repairing the pump on your power steering, drain as much fluid as you can out of the reservoir and lift off the engine's appearance cover. For engines without turbochargers, release the pressure hose routing bracket bolt at the upper mount and unhook the pressure hose from the pump pressure port. For turbo engines, you just have to detach the pressure hose from the pump pressure port. After that, unclamp the hose at the pump with the hose clamp and take out the supply hose. After that, disconnect the old drive belt. Grasping the bolts at their front and back, lift out the pump after all three bolts have been taken out from the pulley openings.
