    A: To install the engine timing tensioner, reset it by lifting the ratchet and pushing the plunger inwards. Insert Tensioner Pin 8514 to hold the plunger retracted, to provide slack in the timing chain. Install tensioner and tighten bolts to 12 Nm, and then remove the pin and install the engine timing cover.
