First, insert the sensor into the transmission case for the installation. Before installing the bolt, put new adhesive on the bolt's crown from the Mopar(R) Lock AND Seal Adhesive bottle. After that, attach the input speed sensor with the bolt and tighten it to 9 Nm (80 in.lbs.). Fasten the wiring connector to the input speed sensor and look at the level of transmission fluid, adding it if needed. Once you're done with the alignment, lower the vehicle.
