  The throttle body can be serviced and repaired by removing the air plenum first of all the throttle body and then disconnecting the negative cable of the battery. Place throttle lever full open and disconnect Throttle Cable and speed control cables to throttle arm and remove throttle cable bracket. Then remove the EGR Tube linking the Intake Manifold to the EGR Valve along with withdrawing the electrical connectors on the throttle body. Clean up all parts at the bottom of the throttle body by removing the throttle body support bracket, three throttle body bolts, the purge hose, and lastly the throttle body. Prior to installation clean the mating surfaces. Installation involves fixing the throttle body and applying the bolts to this point with the torque of 11.8 Nm (105 in. lbs.). Fasten the support bracket to swift located underneath the throttle body with the bolts secured using 27.1 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) torque. With throttle lever in the wide open position, install the throttle cable and speed control cable, by assembling the throttle cable bracket and tighten the bolts. Install the EGR tube on the intake manifold to the EGR valve and bolt the intake manifold then do the same to the air plenum and the clamp. Then lastly, connect the negative cable back to the battery.

  First, you should take off the battery's negative cable and then clean out the air plenum that is attached to the throttle body. Throttle the motor with the lever fully open and loosen both the Throttle Cable and speed control cables from the throttle arm, also removing the cable bracket. Liberate the electrical connectors from the throttle body, take out the bottom bracket and loosen and remove the three bolts from the throttle body before it comes out. While installing, first make sure the mating surfaces are cleaned. After positioning, set the bolts to secure the throttle body to 11.9 Nm (105 in. lbs. ) torque. Fix the throttle body support bracket to the throttle body, underneath and tighten its bolts to a torque of 27.1 Nm (20 ft. lbs.), using the torque wrench. When the throttle lever is full open throttle, install the throttle and speed control cables and then attach the throttle cable bracket with the tightened bolts. Afterward, fit the air box back in place, clamp it securely and reconnect the negative cable to the battery.
