Raise and hold the car with appropriate support and take off the front wheel and tire to service or repair the wheel bearing of the front suspension. First, make sure there isn't any harm or signs of wear on the front disc
Brake Caliper before looking at the front disc brake rotor. Following this, take out the dust cap from the hub, loosen the bolt and remove both pieces. Remove the front
Wheel Hub from where it is located on the spindle. Check the front disc brake dust shield and take care of replacing it if needed, since discoloration can be a warning of heat caused by bad bearing end play. Change only two tapered roller bearings and the two races they fit into together. Examine the spindle for any problems such as a darkened cover, deteriorating bearing seats or worn radial seal contact area; if so, replace it as soon as possible. Assess the front wheel hub's thread bores and rotor teeth for damage and check over the tapered roller bearing, bearing races and seal ring to decide if they are ready to be used again using special criteria. Make sure to pack the front wheel hub with grease, use grease on the radial seal ring and grease the layer between the sealing lip and tapered roller bearing before installing the hub on the spindle. Adjust the hub nut so the rotor can't move, fit the front disc brake rotor and caliper in place and check for proper wheel bearing end play before installing the dust cap. Before you start the vehicle, press the brake down several times to build up pressure and as the last step, fit the wheel and tire assembly.
