Brake Drum on and remove the drum next. To begin, open the dust cap on the rear hub and bearing, remove the hub's securing nut and lift the hub and bearing from the
Spindle. Press the bottom spring, remove the cable from the parking brake lever and then take out the lower return spring. Remove and compress both shoe hold-down spring clip, remove the assembly of shoes along with remaining parts from the anchor and the wheel cylinder. After that, remove the mounting bolts that hold the brake wheel cylinder to the brake support plate and take the wheel cylinder off.
