How to Maintain and Fix a Voltage Regulator on Chrysler Crossfire?

Before servicing the voltage regulator, take out the generator (1). After that, undo the clips and remove the voltage regulator cover (4). After that, get rid of the screws (3) that connect the voltage regulator (2) to the generator and remove the voltage regulator. During installation, connect the voltage regulator (2) with its ground lug in contact with it. Put the screws (3) in place to hold the voltage regulator on the generator, then fit the plastic cover (4) with the clips and finally attach the generator (1).
