How to Maintain and Fix a Clock Spring on Chrysler Voyager?

Seek out the target color and replace that tire. Loosen the hood latch, open the hood and unconnect the black cable coming from the battery. Unhook the air bag from the steering wheel and take out the wires from the back of the driver air bag. After that, unplug the 2-way connector from the remote radio control harness and the 4-way connector from the speed control/horn harness. Eliminate the steering wheel and also peel back the shrouds around the steering column. After disconnecting the couplers from the clock spring to the instrument panel wiring harness, unscrew the two screws that hold the clock spring into the housing and take it out. To set up the clock spring, put it into the housing and secure it with the two screws. Attach the 4-way and 6-way harness from the clock spring to the instrument panel and finally put in the steering wheel. After that, tie up the harness connector on the driver air bag, the remote radio control harness and the speed/horn control harness. After that, fit the driver air bag onto the steering wheel and onto the upper and lower shrouds of the steering column. Don't plug in the battery negative cable before the air bag system has been checked and checked for errors.
