Ensure the driver air bag trim cover is available; if the horn switch is removed and the cover is damaged, put the air bag cushion on a new original cover. Steering Wheel where the locking bolts go, then attach the air bag's connectors with the horn connector. Put the driver air bag mounting screws into the air bag and, with your body behind the steering wheel, insert the back two air bag screws into the air bag, tightening them to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.). It's important to ensure the system test is done first, so that the battery negative cable isn't connect until then, as this can be dangerous.
