How to Install a Sway Bar Kit on a Rear-Wheel-Drive for Front on Dodge Charger?

Before fitting a front sway bar kit to a rear-wheel-drive vehicle, make sure the sway bar link ball joint stem faces toward the engine cradle. Secure the sway bar link to the bar and slide the ball joint stem inside the sway bar through the hole. For now, loosely put the nut on. As the shape of the sway bar isolators is important, hold each one in place on the bar by slipping the slit between the isolator pin and the locating collar, so that the slit faces the back of the car. Subsequently, place each sway bar isolator retainer half around its related isolator on both sides and tighten the bolts to 60 Nm or 44 ft. lbs. Set the sway bar heat shield inside the isolator retainer and attach it to the steering knuckle with mounting screws. After holding the stem in place, tighten both nuts at each end of the bar to 128 Nm (95 ft. lbs.). At the end, attach the belly pan and bring the auto down to the ground.

How to remove a Sway Bar Kit on Dodge Charger?

Raise and support the car before starting to remove the front sway bar kit. Following this, take out the belly pan. After that, on both sides of the car, undo the screws holding the sway bar kit heat shield in place and remove it. Afterward, open the bolts that hold the sway bar kit isolator retainer on each side. Take the two halves of the retainer out from the sway bar kit isolator. Grab one isolator with the slit and then remove it from the sway bar kit. On both sides of the car, unscrew the nut securing the sway bar link to the kit, slide the ball joint out of the kit and then take the kit off the car.
