The first thing to do is disconnect and isolate the battery cable to disconnect the rear A/C evaporator. After that, take out the rear heater-A/C housing and set it down on a workbench. Remove the foam seal from the flange at the bottom of the rear heater-A/C housing, because if it is bent, it has to be changed.
