How to Service the Dual Zone Passenger Side Blend Door Actuator on Dodge Ram 1500?

Before working on the dual zone passenger side air door actuator, remove the battery cable on the negative side and let the system wait for two minutes for the air bag capacitor to drain. First, remove the instrument panel from the car. Following that, unlink the blend door lever from the blend door actuator output shaft as well as from the blend door linkage. Remove the top of the HVAC housing by taking out the two screws binding the assembly to the Blend door actuator and bracket.
