Open up the trim in the car and reach the rear door hinge bolts after that. With a grease pencil, label the part of the hinge-half that lines up on the door and lift the door using a padded floor jack for installation. Then, remove the screws holding the door pillar hinge, then those holding the door hinge and slide the hinge off the door and door pillar. Use a proper solvent to clean the hinge, then use a shot of compressed air to blow it clean and finally paint or spray the hinge to match the car's body color. Put the hinge on the door, then add the screws into the door and door pillar, each one just tight enough to hold the hinge properly. Adjust the hinge halves over the directions and tighten the screws to 23 N.m (200 in. lbs.) of torque. When the floor jack is out of the door, make sure the door fits well and slot in the interior trim panel.
