Then, remove the screws holding the door pillar hinge, then those holding the door hinge and slide the hinge off the door and door pillar. Use a proper solvent to clean the hinge, then use a shot of compressed air to blow it clean and finally paint or spray the hinge to match the car's body color. Put the hinge on the door, then add the screws into the door and door pillar, each one just tight enough to hold the hinge properly.
