  Before the air door actuator motor is replaced, it must be calibrated. To install the blend door actuator, place it onto the HVAC housing so the splines on the actuator shaft match the blend door cam's, fasten it with the three screws and tighten them to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.). Once again attach the HVAC wire harness connector to the actuator, put the instrument panel in place and reattach the negative battery cable.
