Make sure you keep everything in its proper position as you detach them from the car. Removable the engine cylinder head cover prior to the assembly of bridges and pivots as well as the
Rocker Arms, by first loosening the capscrews at the bridges and rotating them in alternating directions. Take off the push rods after that and then use a Hydraulic Valve Tappet Removal/Installation Tool to pull the tappets out via the openings in the head of the cylinder. You shouldn't pre-oil the tappets; shortly after starting the engine, the tappets will oil themselves. Soak each tappet in Mopar Engine Oil Supplement, then place the Hydraulic Valve Tappet Removal/Installation Tool under the tappet and push it in until it is back in the same bore where it was removed. Start by backing the push rods into their original position and then add the rocker arms and bridge and pivot assemblies, just loosely tightening the capscrews. Alternate the tightening of the capscrews, so each is only tightened once, to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.) torque without harming the bridges. Once all is complete, install the engine cylinder head cover.
