How to Replace a Rear Wiper Blade on Jeep Grand Cherokee?

You should remove the rear wiper blade from its arm to easily begin replacing the rear wiper element. With one hand, securely grab one of the wiper blade connections and with the other, clamp the wiper element and flexor just where the two sets of claws come together on that link. Start by pulling the element away from the link and only keep pulling until the flexor is flexible enough to pull out from the final pair of claws. Undo the procedure you followed earlier and attach the newly-installed element and flexors. Then, snap the wiper blade onto the wiper arm.

How to Change the Front Wiper Blade on Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Raise the front wiper blade by lifting the wiper arm until the blade and its element come loose from the windshield, stopping at the over-center position of the wiper arm hinge. Push the release tab hidden under the tip of the arm down and move the blade away from the tip along the arm towards the pivot end. Start by removing the hook part at the end of the wiper arm from inside the wiper blade superstructure, just ahead of the wiper blade pivot block/latch unit, to prevent the wiper arm from springing against the glass. Slowly slide the bottom of the wiper arm against the windshield. To install the wiper, raise the front wiper arm off the glass until you feel its hinge is above center. Attach the front wiper blade so the notched end of the wiper element flexor touches the hook at the end of the arm and the rest of the blade is closest to the wiper pivot. Insert the hook formation found on the outmost end of the wiper arm through the opening in the superstructure of the wiper blade in front of the wiper blade pivot block/latch unit. Elevate the latch/pivot block on the blade until it locks into the tip of the wiper arm and you will hear a slight click. Now, slowly put the wiper blade on the windshield.
