The first thing to do is remove the negative terminal from the battery when you start working on the cornering lamp. Open the cover at the top of the front lamp unit and cut the pigtail wire connector off of the connector receptacle found at the rear of the bulb housing. Set the bulb base in your hand and rotate it counterclockwise approximately 30 degrees, after which remove the bulb and base carefully. In order to install the bulb without overheating it, use the right type and size. Fill the keyed part of the back of the reflector with the bulb or base, thrust the bulb or base into the front of the reflector and rotate the base about three quarters of a turn to lock it in place.
