First place the vehicle on a lift and remove the tire and wheel and then take out the front steering knuckle. Then, take off the bolt on the outer tie rod end and use a tool 9360 separator to disconnect the tie rod from the knuckle. Using the same special tool, take out the drag link nut on the right side and disconnect the link from the knuckle. Take out the disc brake caliper adapter bolts after putting something under the caliper to keep it up and then pry out the disc brake rotor. Should you have the equipment, remove the axle shaft nut, the wheel speed sensor bolt and the sensor through the brake shield opening. Remove the lower ball joint cotter pin and nut and do the same for the upper ball joint. Take the lower ball joint apart with tool C-4150A and pull the upper one from the knuckle with special tool 9360. Remove the knuckle from your vehicle and carry the hub/bearing together with the brake shield to the front end service center if needed.

Put the wheel speed sensor into the hub/bearing, then tighten the bolt to a range of 4-6 Nm or 34-50 in. lbs. Install the disc brake rotor and disc brake caliper, but remember to tighten the caliper adaptor mounting bolts. Secure the drag link from the new arm to the knuckle with the mounting nut and tighten to 74 Nm (55 ft-lbs). Drag link the left side together, then set the wheel and tire onto it and finish the assembly. After that, lift the car's suspension and lower the vehicle.
