How to Remove and Install a Rear Door Window Regulator on 2000 Dodge Durango?

Before taking out the rear door window regulator, detach the upper and lower door panels outside the door. Make sure the glass is where you can comfortably access the fasteners and unfasten them once removed and then lift the glass out of the regulator lift. Put the glass into the door frame, on top of a wood block at the edge of the door and release the lock. If equipped, remove the regulator wire harness from the device. After that, loosen the screws attaching the window regulator to the inner door panel and take the regulator from the door. When installing, set the window regulator in the door and use plain screws to hold it loosely to the inner door panel. Put the glass into place in the regulator lift channel and fasten the holders. If the equipment is present, install the regulator wire, raise the window and tighten the bolts holding the regulator to the door panel. Then, place the waterdam, door trim panel and upper door trim extension panel.
