You should start by taking off the cowl plenum cover/grille panel on top of the cowl to fix the windshield washer spray nozzle. Then, take out the washer hose from the nozzle fitting you find on the lower edge of the cover/grille panel. Turn over the unit, press down the retaining tabs from underneath and push the nozzle out the top of the panel. For the rear nozzle, insert a trim stick or other wide, flat tool into the opening at each side of the rear washer nozzle to pop open the snap clips holding it to the liftgate. Slide the nozzle out of the hose far enough that you can grab and take out the washer supply hose from the nozzle nipple. After that, use the same procedure to reinstall the nozzles.
