To repair the front crankshaft seal, you will first need to take off the crankshaft damper. Use Special Tool 8194 to turn the crankshaft nose and remove the seal using Tool 6771. For installation be sure to use a new seal and Special Tools 6780-2, 6780-1 and 8179 to make sure it fits before reinstalling your crankshaft back in.
