How to Replace a Blend Door Actuator on 2000 Jeep Wrangler?

Before putting in a new blend door actuator, isolate the negative cable from the battery and remove the wire connector from the blend-air door motor. After that, loosen the motor mounting screws from the housing and remove the motor from the hole. To install, simply reverse the steps you used to remove the door, securing the inside of the housing, adding and tightening screws to a torque of 1 Nm (10 in. lbs.) and reconnecting the battery negative cable.
