How to Locate and Replace the Canister Purge Valve on 2000 Jeep Wrangler?

The duty cycle EVAP canister purge valve is found on the EVAP canister mounting bracket inside the engine compartment. Disconnect the electrical wire first at the valve, then free the vacuum lines and hoses to remove it. After that, remove the valve and rubber valve support from the bracket. Put the rubber support and valve back onto the mounting bracket and then attach the vacuum hose and wiring adapter.
