How to Service and Repair a Fuel Level Sensor on 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

The fuel level sensor can be repaired by removing the fuel pump module and removing the sensor connector. Pull out terminals using a terminal remover and slide the sensor. Installation requires wrapping wires, re-inserting the sensor and securing it. Lastly, do the reconnection and re-installation of the module.
