How to Service a Dimmer Switch on 2001 Dodge Durango?

To service the dimmer switch, turn the airbag system off by taking the battery out. Remove the steering column covers, disconnect the multi-function switch and remove it. Install the new switch and attach the harness again and the shrouds. Finally, reconnect the battery and make sure all the components are firmly connected.
