How to Replace the ABS Control Module on 2001 Dodge Neon?

When replacing the HCU or the CAB on this car, remove the entire ICU from the vehicle. Break the link between the pump/motor harness and the CAB and remove the four bolts holding the CAB to the HCU, then lift the CAB from the HCU. While assembling, place the CAB onto the HCU and use the 4 bolts to hold it in place, tighten them only to a torque of 2 Nm (17 inch lbs.). After that, attach the wiring harness from the pump/motor unit back to the CAB and place the Integrated Control Unit (ICU) in the vehicle.
