  A: Before handling the power steering line/hose on a 2.0L engine, drain as much fluid from the reservoir as you can. After that, lift the car and remove the bolt that keeps the return hose routing clamp positioned on the rear of the engine. After that, use a screwdriver to loosen the hose clamp around the return hose and the end of the cooler tube and remove the hose from the tube. After finishing the lowering, remove the clamp keeping the hose attached to the reservoir and slide the hose from the fitting end. Remove the pre-formed return hose for power steering from the engine area, double-checking that you have memorized the path it takes on top of the engine and underneath the A/C and coolant lines.
