How to service a Neutral Safety Switch on 2002 Jeep Wrangler?

To service the Park/Neutral Position Switch, jack up the vehicle and put a drain pan under it. Disconnect and remove the switch and place switch lever fingers center in the case. Install new seal, secure to 34 Nm torque, test continuity, reconnect wires, lower the vehicle and top off transmissions.
