2003 Dodge Dakota Coolant Temperature Sensor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Locate and Replace a Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2003 Dodge Dakota?
A: The engine coolant temperature sensor is installed in the water jacket of the intake manifold. Before removing, partially drain the cooling system. Disconnect the electrical connector with the help of an L-shaped hook tool for easy access. After the sensor has been removed, reinstall the sensor, tighten to 11 Nm, reconnect the electrical connector and replace lost coolant.
