You should support the transmission using a proper jack and lift the car on a hoist to handle the rear engine mount service. Take out the nut from the insulator mount with its bolt for manual and 4x2 automatic transmissions. For automatic 4x4 transmissions, loosen and remove the four bolts and washers holding the mount to the transmission. Afterwards, lift the transmission enough to take out the through bolt from manual or 4x2 automatics and later raise it higher to unscrew the bolts that link the transmission mount to the car's crossmember for 4x4 automatics.
