How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2003 Jeep Liberty?

In order to service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, detach the accessory drive belts and crankshaft damper bolt. Removal of the damper is to be done using Special Tool 3-Jaw Puller 1026. Installation requires an M12 bolt and Special Tool 6792 with the damper bolt tightened to 142 Nm in advance of reinstalling the belts.
