How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2004 Jeep Liberty?

Early on, remove the accessory drive belts and the crankshaft damper bolt to get access to these other parts. In collaboration with Insert 6827-A, pull the damper out of the car with Special Tool 3-Jaw Puller 1026. The crankshaft vibration damper is secured using an M12 1.75 x 150 mm bolt, washer, thrust bearing and nut from Special Tool 6792 during installation. Tighten the crankshaft vibration damper bolt at 142 Nm (105 ft.-lbs.), remove the accessory belts and install them back in place.
