  A: Before servicing the seat heater switch, first unhook the negative battery cable to remain safe. Take off the interior panel of the center console, then unconnect the heated seat switch harness. Push in on the locking tabs to take out the heated seat switches from the interior panel. While installing, fit the heated seat switch between the center console and trim panel and push the switch until the tabs snap together. Attach the harnesses from the heated seat switch, slide the center console trim panel in place and finish by connecting the negative battery cable. Remember that the only way to service the heated seat switches is through the heated seat control module.
