How to Service a Throttle Position Sensor on 2004 Dodge Neon?

In order to service the Throttle Position Sensor, remove the negative battery cable, open the air duct clamp and take out the air cleaner box. Remove the sensor and access and remove the new sensor and install the new sensor. Fit everything by tightening the bolt and nut, replace the air duct and also reconnect the battery cable.
