How to Service and Repair an HVAC Pressure Switch on 2004 Dodge Ram 2500?

To fix the Refrigerant Pressure Sensor/Switch, unplug the battery negative wire and the wire harness on the HVAC pressure switch. Take off the switch and dispose the O-ring. Rub a fresh O-ring with refrigerant oil, fit the O-ring, and firmly fix the switch. Re-fit battery cable and wire harness.
