How to Address Issues with a Timing Belt Tensioner on a 2004 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to service the timing belt tensioner, take off the timing belt and idler pulley followed by the cam sprockets. Unscrew the screw of the rear cover and lower bolt of the tensioner assembly. Fit the tensioner, torque bolts and re-assemble the cover, idler pulley, and cam sprockets making sure they are correctly torqued.
