How to Service and Repair a Brake Proportioning Valve on 2005 Dodge Neon?

The brake proportioning valve requires two steps to fix it; achieve this by pressing the brake pedal to put the master cylinder out of circulation, and disconnect the brake tube and unscrew the valve. Lubricate O-ring, put in the valve and close to 17.5 Nm. Also reconnect the tube and bleed the brake line and do a road test.
