How to Remove and Install the Ignition Lock Assembly on 2005 Jeep Liberty?

To remove the ignition key cylinder, insert the key and put the shifter in PARK. Remove the lower shroud cover, R.K.E. module and halo ring. Rotate the key to ON, access the release tang and pull the cylinder out. To install, align and push the cylinder in and reassemble the components.
