  A: It is important to first cut the negative battery cable to carry out service and repairs on the alarm horn. After that, take the wire harness connector out of the alarm siren module's connector receptacle. Take off the two screws that connect the alarm siren module to the front extension on the right front wheel house panel. Then remove the alarm siren device. Set the alarm siren module onto the extension located on the front of the right front wheel house panel and tighten the two screws to 6 N.m (50 in.lbs.). Put the alarm siren wire harness connector back together and then put the battery negative cable back. Before the Vehicle Theft Security System works as it should, the new alarm siren module must be programmed in the Intrusion Transceiver Module using a diagnostic scan device.
