How to Remove and Install a Windshield Washer Nozzle on 2005 Jeep Liberty?

Any attempt to take off the rear washer nozzle's one-time latch will cause it to break; since it is not repairable, you will need to replace it with a new one if you take it off the mounting hole. To remove the rear washer nozzle, carefully prise the bottom away from the roof with a suitable tool until the latch feature comes undone. Pull the nozzle back until you reach the washer hose, take it out and cut off the hose from the nipple on the back of the nozzle. When installing, place the new rear washer nozzle on the roof panel and confirm a new rubber gasket is at the back. Hook the washer hose back onto the barbed nipple, push the nozzle into the hole and position it straight. Press the top tab , then hold the hood on the nozzle and press down firmly for the latch on the nozzle's base to click into place behind the sheet metal.
