How to Service and Repair an Oil Pressure Switch on 2006 Chrysler Pacifica?

The first step is to raise your car with a hoist, then place a container underneath where the switch will be serviced. Take off the electronic connector and remove the oil pressure switch from the oil filter adapter. Coat the threads of the switch with Mopar Thread Sealant during installation, connect the switch to the fitting and attach the electrical connector as you did before. Reduce the car onto the ground, start it up and check for any leaks, replacing or adjusting the engine oil if it's not at proper level.
