After removing the bottom part of the B-pillar, unbolt the door's hinge on the end frame and in the B-pillar before taking out the door hinge. Paint the door hinge at this stage, if you have to install it, before putting it onto the car. Use the supplied bolts loosely to join the hinge to the lower B-pillar and the door end frame.
