How to service an Oil Pressure Switch on 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Service the oil pressure sender by first raising the vehicle so as to put an oil collecting container under the pressure switch location. Unplug the electrical connection to the oil pressure switch and take the switch off. To install back in position oil pressure switch and connector electrical re connection. Slowly lower the vehicle and then switch on the engine and let it run for at least 2 minutes. Then, turn off the engine and check the engine oil level and add the needed quantity as needed.
