How to Maintain the Antenna on 2006 Dodge Durango?

Before servicing the navigation antenna on cars with air bags, first remove and isolate the battery negative cable, let the system capacitor discharge for two minutes and then disable the supplemental restraint system. The first step is to take out the radio, the instrument panel defroster grille and the passenger air bag. Then, loosen the antenna bolts and take away the navigation radio antenna. After you have it, attach the new antenna to the instrument and join it to the radio. Fit and bolt the radio in place after that, install the instrument panel defroster grille and place back in the car the passenger air bag. Connect the negative battery cable as the final procedure.
