2006 Dodge Durango Oil Pressure Switch Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service an Oil Pressure Switch on 2006 Dodge Durango?
A: To start, disconnect the negative battery terminal and lift the vehicle on a hoist before you continue. Take out the splash shield at the front and unplug the oil pressure sender connector (4). Once that's done, take out the pressure sender component (2). You should start by installing the oil pressure sender and secure its corresponding wire. After the shield is ready, bring down the car and finish with reconnecting the negative battery cable.
