How to Remove and Install a MAP Sensor on 2006 Dodge Ram 3500?

The MAP sensor is at the front of the intake manifold air plenum box. To take the sensor off, first squeeze the lock tab on the electrical connector and pull the release lock out. Then remove the sensor by rotating it 1/4 turn counter clockwise and check the condition of the sensor O-ring. Clean the MAP sensor mounting hole at the intake manifold and check the MAP sensor O ring seal for cuts and tears. Place the sensor into the manifold, rotate clockwise 1/4 turn to set it and reconnect the electrical connector.
